Salary Matching

1. Compensation Incentive: Fixed salary + project bonus + project equity. Additional bonus incentives will be given based on an employee's performance and contribution in the project.

2. Grading System: A well-established ranking system will be implemented to ensure a clear career development path for employees. With the accumulation of work experience and skills, employees can gradually promote and enjoy corresponding salary increases. The annual income for experts ranges from 300,000 to 600,000 RMB, while sales elites have no upper limit.

3. Talent Policy: Awards will be provided to imported talents, which ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 RMB depending on the talent's level and professional background.

【Description】

Responsible for the research and improvement of testing technology for polymer material products, including but not limited to:

1. Responsible for the expansion research of mechanical simulation or aging testing equipment;

2. Responsible for researching mechanical simulation or aging testing methods and improving and optimizing processes.

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, and other related fields, with a solid foundation in the field;

2. Have 5 years or more of experience in analysis and characterization or polymer material research and development, especially with strong professional accumulation in mechanical simulation or aging testing;

3. Senior engineer or above professional title is preferred;

4. Familiar with laboratory laws and regulations, analysis and testing technology development tools and processes;

5. Positive and proactive personality, with strong research spirit.

1. Responsible for developing sales plans for their respective regions;

2. Responsible for the existing customer resources in the testing industry in the region, regularly conducting work visits and maintaining relationships;

3. Responsible for exploring new customer resources in the testing industry and communicating customer needs to the company's internal testing team for implementation;

4. Implement quarterly and annual business goals and business expansion plans;

5. Regularly search, analyze and test industry market information, analyze and follow up, and output research reports.

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors. Priority will be given to majors in science, engineering, and marketing;

2. Sales experience in the testing industry, with at least 2 years of experience being a priority;

3. Possess good communication skills and customer service awareness;

4. Positive and proactive personality, strong ability to handle pressure, and strong teamwork spirit;

5. Able to accept frequent business trips.
