Salary Matching

1. Compensation Incentive: Fixed salary + project bonus + project equity. Additional bonus incentives will be given based on an employee's performance and contribution in the project.

 

2. Grading System: A well-established ranking system will be implemented to ensure a clear career development path for employees. With the accumulation of work experience and skills, employees can gradually promote and enjoy corresponding salary increases. The annual income for experts ranges from 300,000 to 600,000 RMB, while sales elites have no upper limit.

 

3. Talent Policy: Awards will be provided to imported talents, which ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 RMB depending on the talent's level and professional background.

【Qualifications】
