1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, and other related fields, with a solid foundation in the field;
2. Have 5 years or more of experience in analysis and characterization or polymer material research and development, especially with strong professional accumulation in mechanical simulation or aging testing;
3. Senior engineer or above professional title is preferred;
4. Familiar with laboratory laws and regulations, analysis and testing technology development tools and processes;
5. Positive and proactive personality, with strong research spirit.
